1. Mobile Application Device Permissions

The VyaGo mobile application requests only permissions essential for core functionality:

• Camera (android.permission.CAMERA): Used to scan product barcodes for rapid POS billing and take photos of KYC documents or shop banners. The camera is never accessed in the background.
• Precise Location (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION): Used to accurately locate shops and detect customer delivery coordinates.
• Background Location (ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION): Strictly utilized for active delivery rider tracking so merchants and customers can view live delivery progress on maps.
• Push Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Delivers live incoming order notifications, low-stock warnings, and payment audio alerts.
• Storage / Media: Allows merchants to select existing product images and store logos from device gallery.

2. Analytics & Crash Diagnostics

We use Google Firebase Crashlytics to monitor application stability and debug crashes. Crash reports contain only anonymized device hardware specifications, OS versions, and stack traces. No personal credentials or financial balances are included in crash logs.

3. Payment Information Security

All digital transactions are processed through Razorpay via PCI-DSS compliant SDKs. VyaGo does not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank netbanking passwords.

4. Data Deletion & User Rights

Users can permanently delete their account at any time directly within the mobile app (Profile ➔ Delete Account) or visit our Account Deletion Portal.
