Platform Usage & Prohibited Items Policy

Last Updated: June 2026 • Acceptable use rules, prohibited categories & account integrity

1. Acceptable Use Standards

VyaGo provides tools to digitize physical stores. Merchants must maintain ethical business standards:

  • Do not publish deceptive product listings, false discounts, or mislabeled items.
  • Do not manipulate consumer reviews, ratings, or delivery timestamps.
  • Do not use the platform for money laundering, unauthorized cash transactions, or illegal lottery schemes.

2. Strictly Prohibited Products

Merchants are strictly prohibited from listing, selling, or fulfilling the following items on VyaGo:

  • Illegal Substances: Narcotics, psychotropic drugs, and banned chemical compounds.
  • Weapons & Fireworks: Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and unregulated hazardous materials.
  • Counterfeit & Pirated Goods: Replicas or unauthorized copies of trademarked brands.
  • Regulated Prescription Drugs Without License: Schedule X or H prescription medicines sold without valid state retail drug licenses.
  • Adulterated or Expired Foods: Substandard or recalled food items violating FSSAI safety norms.
  • Tobacco & Alcohol to Minors: Any age-restricted items delivered without physical age verification.

3. Account Suspension & Termination

VyaGo reserves the right to suspend or terminate a merchant's storefront if:

  • The merchant repeatedly lists prohibited or counterfeit items.
  • The store receives excessive substantiated consumer fraud or non-delivery complaints.
  • The merchant fails to provide required statutory KYC documents (e.g. FSSAI / Drug license).
  • The merchant attempts to bypass or hack platform security mechanisms.

4. Appeal Process

If your merchant account is suspended and you believe it was done in error, you may submit a formal appeal with supporting documentation to grievance@VayGo.app. Appeals are reviewed by our trust and safety committee within 7 business days.
