1. Nature of Merchant Wallet Credits
VyaGo provides a closed-loop merchant credit wallet system within the app:
- Utility Purpose: Wallet credits are virtual consumption units used exclusively to send SMS payment reminders, WhatsApp digital receipts, and customer notification messages.
- Not a Banking Deposit: Wallet credits do not earn interest and cannot be cashed out or transferred to other merchants or third-party bank accounts.
2. Purchasing & Recharging Credits
Merchants can recharge credits in flexible top-up bundles via Razorpay:
- Recharge Bundles: Available in convenient denominations (e.g. ₹100 for 1,000 credits, ₹500 for 6,000 credits with bonus credits).
- Instant Deposit: Purchased credits are credited to your active wallet balance immediately upon successful payment verification.
- Tax Invoices: GST invoices are generated for all credit recharge transactions.
3. Credit Consumption & Deduction
- Credits are deducted automatically as notifications are successfully sent to customers.
- If a message fails to deliver due to invalid customer numbers, the corresponding credit is returned to your wallet balance.
- Real-time deduction logs and remaining balances are visible under Settings ➔ Credit Wallet.
4. Validity & Refund Policy on Wallet Top-ups
- No Expiration During Active Accounts: Purchased wallet credits carry no expiration date as long as your merchant account remains in good standing.
- Non-Refundable: Consumed credits and active wallet balances are non-refundable.
- Failed Recharges: In case of failed recharges where funds are debited from your bank, the amount is automatically reversed by your bank within 24 to 48 hours or manually credited by our support team upon providing UTR.
