Merchant Subscription Terms & Pricing

1. Available Subscription Plans & Pricing

Merchants can choose from the following transparent subscription tiers:

*Multi-month discounts: 3 Months (10% off), 6 Months (15% off), 12 Months (20% off) applied automatically at checkout.

2. Billing Cycles, Invoicing & Taxes

• Prepaid Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a prepaid basis for the selected duration (1, 3, 6, or 12 months).
• Tax Invoices: GST invoices are generated immediately upon successful payment confirmation and are available for download in the merchant app under Subscription ➔ Payment History.
• Applicable Taxes: Goods & Services Tax (GST at 18%) is calculated and itemized clearly on all tax invoices.

3. Plan Upgrades & Extensions

• Same-Tier Extension: Purchasing additional months on the same plan automatically extends your expiration date without losing active days.
• Tier Upgrades: Upgrading to a higher tier queues the new tier or activates immediate enhanced feature quotas.
• Free Included Credits: Bonus wallet credits included with your plan are deposited directly into your Credit Wallet upon payment.

4. Expiry, Grace Period & Downgrades

Upon subscription expiration:

• Your core local POS counter billing and Khata book remain accessible so your physical shop operations are never halted.
• Public online storefront discovery and automated customer messaging pause until renewal.
• Your data, catalog items, and transaction histories are preserved safely for 180 days.

5. Payment Method & Authorization

You authorize VyaGo to charge the specified subscription fee via Razorpay using your chosen UPI handle, debit card, credit card, or net banking account. We never initiate unauthorized recurring auto-debits without explicit merchant mandate approval.
