1. Merchant Eligibility & Registration
To create a merchant account and publish a storefront:
- You must operate a bona fide commercial retail establishment or local service business in India.
- You must provide accurate KYC credentials, including registered mobile number, business name, physical store address, and GPS coordinates.
- For regulated categories (e.g. Food, Grocery, Dairy), you agree to maintain valid statutory registrations such as basic FSSAI registration. For pharmacies, a state retail drug license is required for medicine sales.
2. Product Catalog, Pricing & Stock Accuracy
As a merchant, you hold sole responsibility for:
- Listing genuine, unexpired, and authentic goods with correct Maximum Retail Price (MRP) and discount rates.
- Ensuring products do not violate Indian consumer protection laws or intellectual property rights.
- Keeping stock quantities and availability updated to prevent unfulfillable customer orders.
3. Order Fulfillment & Delivery Operations
When customers place orders on your storefront:
- You agree to pack orders promptly and maintain high sanitary and packaging standards.
- When assigning deliveries to your delivery staff, you agree to ensure riders follow the mandatory doorstep OTP verification.
- You agree to honor valid customer cancellation requests prior to parcel dispatch and process necessary refunds promptly.
4. Digital Khata & Customer Privacy
Customer contact details and transaction records stored in your Digital Khata book are private to your business. You agree not to misuse customer contact numbers for unauthorized spam marketing or share them with unauthorized third parties.
5. Software Licenses & SaaS Subscriptions
Access to premium multi-device sync, thermal printing integrations, expanded catalog capacity, and automated WhatsApp messaging tools is subject to the terms of your chosen Subscription Plan.
